They engage in temporal bliss
Affections are eagerly conveyed
Logic, reason
Has become disarrayed
Nothing can buy
The explosive beating of a heart
Or the dignity behind authentic talks
The insightful cues of a blinded bard
Posing indifference has become really hard
How much can they sacrifice
To lie in freedom’s fall
Without regret
Careful not to beget
The unfolding of a dulled reality
The disappearance of a cherished fantasy
Nothing is real after all
Why not fulfill the daunting call
To come closer to eyes and lips of beloved’s heart.
Perhaps, a fantasy is worth the fall?
